Office of Public Participation

The Office of Public Participation responds to public inquiries about the Water Boards’ programs. The Water Board created this new program to strengthen our efforts at involving the public in our decision-making process. The office intends to reach out to Environmental Justice and other communities and have better communication and interaction with tribal governments and others. Additionally the office will assist staff with designing and implementing effective stakeholder involvement processes including translation and other services to ensure all interested parties can participate in Water Board activities.
