Operator Certification Program - Enforcement
Administrative sanctions include fines, reprimand or denial, suspension, probation, or revocation of a certificate pursuant to Section 13627 of the Water Code and may be taken by the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) against any person, agency, district, or other entity found in violation of specific sections of the Operator Certification Regulations or Water Code.
